carsthatnevermadeitetc: Ford Mustang Convertible CAGED, 2022 ...

carsthatnevermadeitetc : Ford Mustang Convertible CAGED, 2022 (1964) by Ringbrothers. The latest restomod from the Wisconsin customisers is based on a 1964.5 first generation Mustang convertible that has been extensively modified over 4,200 hours. Modifications include a a new chassis from Roadster Shop, widening and lengthening the bodywork by an inch and finished in BASF Glasurit “Burgundy Brave.” It has been repowered by a Ford Performance 5.0-litre Coyote V8 and 10-speed auto transmission. "The client was highly involved in the process and adamant on maintaining a subtle, stock-like appearance,“ said Ringbrothers co-owner Mike Ring. “Everything was cued off the Mustang’s original design, but we sharpened the lines and added a number of 3D-printed details to make it truly unique.” from American Muscle https://ift.tt/74Hygkq via IFTTT
